Broccoli and Orzo Salad

  • 1 cup orzo cooked al dente
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli flowerets blanched
  • 1 cup paneer, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoon black raisins

Combine all ingredients and let set for 15 minutes.
