Broccoli and Orzo Salad
- 1 cup orzo cooked al dente
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli flowerets blanched
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoon black raisins
Combine all ingredients and let set for 15 minutes.
