Cooked Fruit

You will need:

  • 1 apple, any sweet variety, or 1 ripe juicy pear
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/4 cup pure water

Peel and core fruit and cut into 1/2″ cubes.

Place all the ingredients in a pot, and cook, covered, for 5-8 minutes until fruit is soft.

Check occasionally to make sure fruit does not burn–add a little more water if necessary.

Discard the cloves and serve warm.
