Bedtime Milk with Ginger and Nutmeg

You will need:

  • 1 cup whole organic milk
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp raw sugar (optional)
  • 1 large pinch ground nutmeg

Add the minced ginger to the milk and bring the milk to a boil without burning it. Remove from heat and strain.

Stir in the nutmeg and the sugar.

Sip while still hot, about 30 minutes before bedtime.
